We have gotten lots of questions about what constitutes an appropriate topic.  Brady Forrest (who set this Ignite phenomenon in motion) says:

 When thinking about a talk to submit, don’t talk about pitching your product. Instead talk about what you learned from making it, what you’ve gleaned from user behavior, what larger trend you think this is a part of, or how someone else product has improved your life.
